What happens when three culinary creative spirits join forces?
Albert Adrià, celebrated around the world  as one of the founders of the renowned Catalan restaurant El Bulli, is a top class international chef. Rudi Van Beylen is the driving force behind Hof ten Damme where he gives dinners for large groups which have the same intimacy as if you were dining in couples. Dirk Peeters has built reputation as a world-class patissier with Didess, producing refined biscuits, cakes, decoration, and other innovative concepts for chefs.
These three creative spirits have chosen to work together closely on an innovative product line for the catering sector and food specialists in the Benelux. This products range requires no lengthy preparation or sophisticated cooking skills, but delivers quick and easily prepared delicacies. R&D Products
Tasty Bites can be prepared in next to no time as a tingly snack, an appetizer or a plate decoration. Tasty Bites are tingly, savoury, slightly spicy and highly original. You’ll surprise your guests with creativity and originality that looks as good as it tastes.

Siphon Evolution Three light, airy sauce emulsions, rich in intense flavour nuances: mushroom, pepper or choron. Just a small amount is sufficient to ensure a high level finish to your dish.

Crispy Foam is a delight for the senses; extremely light and enriched by intense flavours; coffee-cacao, beetroot-yoghurt and lychee-passion fruit.

Sweet Bites are sweet tapas from Albert Adria’s kitchens that can be served as a basis for a sweet amuse-bouche, as original dessert decoration or even as sweet chips served with coffee or tea. These sweet and delicious treats are created with rice combined with matcha, raspberry or coffee.
