Cocktail Foam by R&D Food Revolution
The Golden Tavola competition recognises the best innovations in food and helps to shape the products that consumers will be eating or drinking tomorrow. This competition is organised in connection with Tavola, the trade fair for fine and fresh food products that will be held on 13, 14 and 15 March at Kortrijk expo.
For this edition, 67 different contestants submitted 107 products and the winner in the Foodservice category is the innovative COCKTAIL-FOAM by R&D Food Revolution.
People are indeed fond of drinks with foam.
What could be more delicious than a cold beer with an exquisite ‘head’ of delicate foam or a cappuccino with frothy steamed milk? But this is a sensation that’s missing from the world of cocktails.
That’s why R&D developed a range of cocktail-foams based on well-known types of drinks such as Sangria, Gin and Vodka. The cocktail-foams can be used cold, but for a spectacular hot/cold mouth feel; it’s even more fun to serve the foam warm.
Now, it is available in an endless range of Cocktail Foams based on the latest flavour combinations: lime, coriander, yuzu, cucumber, but also based on famous beverage types such as rum, gin, sangria, vodka, Cointreau, tequila and Piña colada.
Cocktail Foam can be sprayed cold on your cocktail, but for a spectacular hot-cold mouthfeel, it may be even more exciting to serve the foam lukewarm. Just make sure to properly heat the can au bain-marie at 50°C to amaze your guests!
