Introduced this brand to the UK market in 2012, via specialized distributors in the confectionery industry. Today, Didess decorations and pastry are used national wide ranking from boutique hotels, Michelin star restaurants, independent patisseries, the Hilton Group, café Rouge, Zizzi’s, and top-end caterings, such as Sodexo Prestige, etc.
Didess’ traditionally produced, top quality specialities proved to be a great success in catering businesses all over Belgium.
Dirk continues; “With an average annual growth of 30%, my team after nine years consisted of 27 permanent staff and 15 temporary workers and our clients were spread out over the Benelux, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom.”
